Went here recently for a coffee. Was handed a very lukewarm coffee, I could have chugged the whole thing down right then and there. When I asked the apathetic chick behind the counter about it, she said it was the almond milk. Yeah, somehow the almond milk brought scalding coffee down to lukewarm. Sure.I thought, ok, I’ve got a receipt with a survey code on it. Did the survey before I even left the lot. I received an email from Dunks the next day, apologizing and saying that the store would reach out. It’s almost a week later and no one has reached out from the store.Edit - it’s now been 2 weeks, and the first customer service email that I replied to hasn’t followed up with me. Y’all lost a customer over a $4 cup of coffee, hope it was worth it to ya.

Your app lets me order and the website says you open till 2 on Christmas Eve. I order at 1:20pm. My husband walks in and you have not made my order but state you are “closed” you as well do not refund my order. I am so irritated give me my money

If I could rate lower I would. This place never ever gets our orders right and we always order the same thing everyday. The lady at the front counter is always extremely rude. The people at the drive through have no idea what they are doing, I think they say “oh this person wants a hot coffee with cream! Let’s give them an iced pumpkin instead!!!”

I have faithfully been going to this dunkin for 3 years and it has been wonderful until here recently (the last 3 weeks). The newer employees have been RUDE! my order is wrong 90% of the time. It’s frustrating, and I hope they can get it together again.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and this is my second time here. The first time I received terrible service and attitude but I didn't leave a review because I have worked in restaurants and sometimes you just have a bad day. But it happened again. Same 50ish black lady with an orange Bob wig who should not be working in customer service. She scowls at you, at all people as they walk in the store actually. No smile, talking to me and rolling her eyes as if she hates her job. When I order a donut she snaps if I don't get the type right, even though not at donuts are labeled and very few types are even for sale.The vibe is here is " I hate my job. Customers annoy us. Please just go." We sat down both times to eat and she scowled and was short with other customers too. Please tell these folks this is America. They can get a different job if they hate the one they have. I will drive another 15 minutes or to a different donut shop next time. Last thing anyone needs on a Saturday morning is to be treated like dirt while trying to treat their kids.

Drive thru lady workin 1100 hrs shift on 04 OCT 23 was not a nice genuine person and then handed me cold food..this isnt good
There was an African American lady who looked as if she was in her early 40s. She was highly rude and lacked professionality. Her attitude was horrible. It was definitely appropriate for my boyfriend and I to leave the establishment. As a Life Coach, and staff development. I offer classes to teach proper development, and professional skills. The lady may need some training on customer service. She was extremely loud outside off the professional establishment as well. This occurred around 9:40 am.Good day to whomever read this message. I hope a lesson can be learned on today.Remember to be your best self every day. Someone is counting on you!

By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Rude employees. They could care less and it shows. Don’t expect to get a correct order especially if you get it through DoorDash. No joke they gave me an entire cup of creamer. No coffee in it. Just cream. ?♀️

The lady's are rude. 5:30 am in the morning, order a coffee and hash browns, pay for your order, they tell you to pull up about 10' to a bush and they bring the items out to you. They insist you pull up even when there is nobody behind you in line. Don't dare sit at the window and wait or you'll be rudely told to pull forward. I haven't been back.

Used my card at this location to get coffee and a sandwich. Then about 3 hours after I have an unknown charge on my card for a restaurant I’ve never been to. So I’m fairly certain one of the girls that took my order stole my credit card information. So be warned, don’t do your business here.
