called at 10:25 to order pizza, they did not answer. Drove to the store around 10:30 and they had a message in the window saying their hours were until 11pm on friday and saturday, and yet the store was pitch black and seeming to be closed 30 minutes BEFORE they are claimed to be closed!!!!!

Waited 45 minutes and suppose to be hot and ready. Rael joke at this location.
No answer of phone after multiple attempts. So, we ordered online where you HAVE to pay in advance. Order processing & delivery updates via text received. Food arrived timely & hot BUT one pizza was under cooked AND the order was SHORT 4 ITEMS! Tried calling the store numerous times & still no answer. Called 800 # told they could not message store to send items but would credit me back in 12 DAYS! Totally ridiculous!! NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this business.

I ordered online to this location and was supposed to pick up 40 minutes later. When I got to the store my bread was not ready and I was told to wait an additional 5 minutes so they could make more. When that was brought to my car I had to take it back in because it was not done. I ended up not getting my order completed until about 5:55. Now mind you the original pick up time was 5:00-5:05! If you want undone dough then this would be your spot. Because of the wait they gave me two breads. The first pair were just like the picture of the jumbled mess you see in the picture which I refused. The picture below is what I went home with. Pitiful.

We ordered the food and nothing was done 15 minutes later and the doors were locked, she ordered us to go through the small tight drive thru to get our unmade food. Only one worker, and who i could assume was the manager was screaming on the phone while the one employee was busting her behind. The problem is the manager for sure. 1/10

I called the store for 10 mins with no answer so I went online to check and see the hours to make sure they were open. I arrived at the store at 930pm, there was no one inside the store ordering anything. I told the staff I’ve been calling and they just looked at me and asked me to order. While waiting for my food with other customers in the building. The staff came from the back and locked the doors at 945 so no other customers could come in and order food. The woman manager was very rude and had a bad attitude. My food was not cut right and cooked too long. I was very disappointed in the service and food.

Safe yourself the hassle, this location needs shut down. Every time I’ve ordered online they haven’t even started by my pickup time. I’ve stood at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to the front. The employees are on their own time and act as if they aren’t at work. Nobody knows what’s going on ever.
