No answer of phone after multiple attempts. So, we ordered online where you HAVE to pay in advance. Order processing & delivery updates via text received. Food arrived timely & hot BUT one pizza was under cooked AND the order was SHORT 4 ITEMS! Tried calling the store numerous times & still no answer. Called 800 # told they could not message store to send items but would credit me back in 12 DAYS! Totally ridiculous!! NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this business.
I ordered online to this location and was supposed to pick up 40 minutes later. When I got to the store my bread was not ready and I was told to wait an additional 5 minutes so they could make more. When that was brought to my car I had to take it back in because it was not done. I ended up not getting my order completed until about 5:55. Now mind you the original pick up time was 5:00-5:05! called at 10:25 to order pizza, they did not answer. Drove to the store around 10:30 and they had a message in the window saying their hours were until 11pm on friday and saturday, and yet the store was pitch black and seeming to be closed 30 minutes BEFORE they are claimed to be closed!!!!!
