Overall great experience. Staff did their job to the best of their abilities and were pleasant. The layout of the restaurant is kind of awkward as I wasn't sure where to order. The restaurant has a similar feeling price and quality-wise as a panera, but more authentic atmosphere. I got a half soup and sandwich for about 10 dollars, which I feel is great for today's food inflation. I got a BLT and was pleased that it wasn't heavy or greasy like a firehouse sub, so it was good to eat after a gym session. (They have broccoli cheddar soup :)

Gave a 5 star review about the Great service we received. I got a canned response. What a shame. I stand by my review of that young man on Saturday but cannot respect a restaurant that gives the same response as the last reviewer.

I went today with my friend David and his co-worker Thomas. David and I got sandwiches with "everything". When you say "everything" it's nice because then you don't have to say all the individual things. For example you don't need to say "lettuce". If you say "everything" they know to give you the lettuce. It's great. David's co-worker Thomas got a really good looking pizza sandwich and it even had meatballs on it. He loved it. he had go to the bathroom but he said it was because he sneezed. YEAH RIGHT.

Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop - period. They have the best options and taste absolutely amazing. The staff are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience. I visit at least once a month and don't see that changing anytime soon!

I applied for a position here with open availability every weekend and anytime after 4pm and was told they weren’t looking for anyone.

So I’m sorta new to the potbelly wave and ive got to say the veggie has me in a major chokehold! As wel as the friendly customer service I receive here. Marcell has went above and beyond to make sure that a simple mistake on my end fromOrdering online was handled in a professional manor. I’m big on customer service and the customer service here as well as the veggie and the lemon cheesecake cookie keep me coming back.Vegetarian options: Love the veggie!! Really wanna try the Mediterranean veggie style but I’mNervous

Ordered pot belly to be delivered and my sandwich was extremely burnt. Inedible. People told me to try this and seems as if someone purposely burnt the sand which because there’s no way anyone would eat this

Potbelly was a favorite of mine in college, so I was happy to see one near my home. The first few times I ordered online and had it delivered, it was great. However, the past 3 times I've ordered, something has been wrong with my order. Usually, I get the same order, a tuna with extra onion, lettuce, mayo, oil, Italian herbs, and hot peppers (comes with the Swiss).I've received it with tomato and/or pickle, with no onion. I had one with artichoke and mustard instead of lettuce and mayo. One order I wanted an Oreo shake, and it wasn't included. I don't know if the employees are skimming the tickets when reading or you're out of ingredients and having to "substitute" and hope we don't notice, but I wouldn't order again until they can secure some accuracy on orders. Every notification just reminds me of being disappointed.

I recently had a craving for chili and decided to call potbelly's to see if they had any on their menu. The associate I spoke with offered to prepare it for me and my order was ready when I arrived within minutes. I was blown away at how yummy the chili was, it made just the right amount of meat, spices and beans. Their chili reminded me of my grandmas which is about the biggest compliment I can give it. The only thing that would've made it better would've been cheese. The restaurant was clean and on a corner building.

★★★★★ Food quality★★★★★ Service★★★★★ Ambiance★★★★☆ Value★★★★★ Menu selection★★★★★ Location/Accessibility★★★★★ Overall experienceSo today, I was feeling adventurous and decided to try out a new sandwich shop for lunch instead of my usual go-to, Subway. I ordered online and got an Avo Turkey flatbread sandwich with mayo and extra veggies to take out. Let me tell you, the food quality was on point! The sandwich was hot, smelled amazing, and was neatly wrapped in parchment paper. The flatbread had a nice crispy texture and the ingredients tasted super fresh. I particularly enjoyed the avocado, which stood out even though it was a bit cold. The veggie toppings complemented the flavor of the turkey really well and the whole thing was loaded with fresh ingredients. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was a bit early, but the staff was quick to confirm that my order was ready and wished me a good day. The restaurant itself is small but cozy with nice decors on the walls and floor that tells the story of the place. I really enjoyed looking at the historical pieces while I ate. The tables, seats, and floor were all very clean and there were convenient online pickup and snack shelves, as well as a drink fountain and fridge for canned and bottled drinks. The restrooms were at one end of the restaurant. The Avo Turkey sandwich was listed under the "Original" size and cost me $12. It wasn't as generously portioned as a Subway footlong, but the quality of the ingredients was above average, so I'm not complaining. The menu selection was good, with lots of sandwich, salad, soup, and side options that were all fully customizable. There were also combo options for a cheaper price and dietary and vegetarian options available. As for drinks and beverages, they had fountain drinks and packaged options, but they were definitely pricey if you didn't order them as part of a combo. The location is easy to find in a shopping center with a spacious parking lot, and there are also accessible parking lots if I remember correctly.Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an above average sandwich experience. While I can't promise to become a regular, I will definitely come back when I'm in the mood for something different. My recent visit was totally satisfying!

I love Potbelly, and today has been my only negative experience. But, I do believe this needs to be addressed. We ordered a Vegan sandwich for a friend (I hyped this up too), and this is what we got unfortunately. The sandwich was supposed to have: double Mushroom, no cheese, hot peppers, avocado, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, oil, & seasoning. The saddest part is, the white piece on the sandwich is Chicken. This has to be the saddest sandwich I've ever seen. The other two sandwiches we ordered left a lot to be desired as well. Two sup-par sandwiches no big deal, but ordering for a Vegan and to have chicken on the sandwich us just unacceptable. Nor was the ticket on the bag matching the sandwich ingredients at all.I hope no one else has the same experience at this location.
