I went today with my friend David and his co-worker Thomas. David and I got sandwiches with "everything". When you say "everything" it's nice because then you don't have to say all the individual things. For example you don't need to say "lettuce". Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop - period. They have the best options and taste absolutely amazing. The staff are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience. I visit at least once a month and don't see that changing anytime soon!
