This was by far my least favorite birthday experience at a red lobster. The staff was really slow, the food took over an hour, there were only like 4-5 tables at most. The food came out cold. Our server took forever for our drinks. We appreciate the manager coming over to make things right. I was very disappointed in the service. We will likely still not return to this location. I was really looking forward to a nice hot juicy lobster, and it was luke warm, rubbery, and dried out.

Takes FOREVER to get take out. The people at the front are very rude and were spraying perfume everywhere. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes when I arrived and it was more like 15 minutes.

I received reply back telling me to go to a Facebook page to send message, that's a failure also, you're not able to send a message. They have automated reply machine to message here. So I wanna be loud and clear. RED LOBSTER ON COLERAIN AVE. IS HORRIBLE, SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE. TVS WAS HORRIBLE 13IN THE ENTIRE CREW STOOD IN FRONT OF, THE WAITER WAS GREAT HE COULD ONLY DO HIS JOB.

Our waiter was great. He was very friendly and kept the endless shrimp coming. The food tasted very grood. The only negative thing was the floors were kind of dirty and no one seemed to care.

Service was horrible. Took half an hour to get a cup of ice. Took drink refill orders didn't come back until time to leave. Did not come for Togo containers. I had to go to hostess counter. Had to go to hostess counter to pay bill. I have always loved red lobster but will not visit this location again.

Had a family gathering in the meeting room in the back. We had a huge party and the young men waiting our tables managed to pull it off with only couple of minor hiccups. All of the staff was very friendly.

I had shrimp & chicken Alfredo. The noodles were dry and discolored it wasn't enough Alfredo sauce. The noodles were dry and overcooked in the salamander shrimp were hard and the chicken chuncks were tooooo big for the dish. You eat with your eyes. Lady at the bar even complained about how there wasn't enough Alfredo sauce and it wasn't creamy so the dish didn't tie together. I got calamari and 40% of it was breading crumbs at the bottom of my dish and they weren't breaded properly and they were salty. I expected more because its Red Lobster During Lobster Fest but, other than that I give 2 and a half stars...

The restaurant has gone down, I spent a quick 95 there last night, I ask my self why the fish seemed to have to much flower, and the lobster was over cooked, red lobster was a favorite years ago. I feel there time has come and gone. I will not return again. Ever!
