Employees are talking too much about their personal lives. One employee had rings in her nose. When I asked two employees to empty the too full cup of coffee so I could put milk in it, they looked at me like I had rocks in my head. It was a simple request that should have been answered with a smile. Coffee is too expensive. Seating area was cold. Don't recommend this Starbucks.

I go to this Starbucks twice a week. There is a white man with glasses there who is extremely racist and stares me down every time I go there. He took my order this week and didn't ask for me name and got my order wrong. Horrible customer service. I had to go to another Starbucks to get the order right. Today I go in and the same thing, stares me down with a frown and BURNED my cheese danish. I waited 20 minutes watching everyone after me get there food. Brown and black people do not come to this Starbucks!!!

I'm waiting and the girl was getting something to eat I guess and it was like 5 minutes I waited. When she came noticed I waited and and didn't greet me nor apologize for my wait. Normally don't stop here and I see why. Thank you for being so nice ms nose piercing. But the drink was tasty I must say

I use to go to this Starbucks, but they are so slow and not enough people working the morning shift! I would think that the mornings they would no that you will have more folks in that 6 to 830 am going to work. This one is just so slow .. don't visit

The pistachio latte is no joke freaking awesome!!!! We often stop in to grab a beverage as we shop for groceries and it's always made fast and served with a smile. Starbucks is expensive but the pistachio latte is so worth it. They have a lot of great beverages and it's really hard to go wrong here. Definitely a nice treat on a cold wintery Cincy day.

I visited this Starbucks on March 8th and was disappointed. I don’t frequently go to Starbucks so when I do it is a treat. I ordered online and still had to wait 10 minutes upon arrival. I splurged and got the Venti and is was almost all ice. I added pictures to this review to show how much ice there was. When I spend almost $6 on a drink I expect it to be worth it.

Just went in and ordered a venti green tea latte after lunch nearby. This is what I got. Mostly foam and the young lady with long blonde hair in a ponytail poured more of my drink down the drain than she put in my cup. Won’t be back to this one.
