This location closes earlier than their listed hours of operation. Staff is rude and doesn’t want to work. Don’t bother coming to this location at night they will likely be closed early.

We usually go to the red Bank Road location. Always good.But the last time I was there, the folks that were working behind the counter did some exceptional. Because I was ordering in the restaurant, they offered me a free large beverage. I think they recognize me because we are there about twice a month and most often do not do drive-through.Bottom line, Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant, but I would say the quality is always good. If they would bring the Enchirito back full-time, I’d be there more than two times a month :-)

Hours posted are not correct, and service is limited seemingly due to staffing issues.
Staff did not inform us that an item was as no longer on the menu when we ordered it and instead rang us up for a completely different item, then when I politely asked when the item got removed as it was something I am used to getting when I come to Taco Bell she simply ignored my question, so I repeated it a tad louder and was once again ignored. Very poor customer service but then again this location could use another staff change.
