I spent a fair amount of time in the '90s traveling on business to Mexico City, and one of my colleagues there loved a hugely popular taco stand near the center of the business district. They were revelations, half rolled soft tacos with delectable fillings unlike anything I'd had in the States. Took my kids here tonight and it's our new spot for sure. My daughter 'OH MY GAWWWWWD'D the green sauce the second she tried it(loved it) I'm usually finiky about meat and tried 3 kinds of tacos. All fresh and delicious.

Best tacos between here and Central America, I'd recommend eating here... but only if you like good food! If you don't like good food, than don't eat here. That simple. Also, they are the best tacos in KY.
