Went there and did an absolutely terrible set. Everything I did went wrong. And yet I was warmly received with cheer to come back. Maybe just being kind to an "older" guy. The crowd was great. Some of the performances were terrific. If a dive bar scene is for you - come and try it. hey guys, I'll be back.
I can’t remember her name for the life of me but the lady bartender with shorter blonde hair is so kind and makes this place as great as it is. She is ALWAYS so warm and kind when we walk in and we appreciate her hospitality more than anything - makes the place feel more homey. Everyone here is so cool. Whenever I don't feel like going to funhouse (because we've been there a million times that month) and want another laid-back bar, Social Room is the go-to. The bartender knows my drink whenever I come in and she's so sweet and bubbly! The wait time is nonexistent, the patio is real cute, and there are a billion restaurants over here if you want food before or after drinks. Plenty of parking too, very stressfree experience overall.
