“I recently dined here, and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the Ramen was absolutely delicious. The menu offered a great variety, catering to sushi lovers, and Ramen enthusiast alike. The ambience was cozy and inviting making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or special night out. I highly recommend it to anyone craving a delicious sushi or Ramen and an affordable price.“

“Ice or Rice is a cute newer diner in Asia-town. It is very no frills and the food is very good. There was one staff member managing the register and food preparation. She appeared very busy and was doing a great job. My son was thrilled to have found Spam Musubi and even went back the next day with friends. I am not aware of another restaurant serving Spam Musubi in the area. The Japanese pancake was delicious as well and a very plentiful serving. We had no problem finding street parking. The building was very clean and accessible. This establishment is a nice addition to the Asia- town area.“

“Walked in with a party of 3 for dinner on a Tuesday night. There was plenty of space at the bar so we didn't have to wait. Started off with a Hitachino XR beer, and proceeded with some amazing sushi. We ordered a little bit of everything - some standouts included the negitoro handroll, otoro, and unagi. Enjoyed the ambiance of sitting at the bar and getting served immediately by the sushi chef. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.“

“Wonderful food as always. I can here for either the third or fourth time with my husband and my mother and grandmother. The food is always amazing. This is easily the best hot pot place in all of the Cleveland area, at least out of all the ones I have gone to. The only thing is that the service wasn’t that great today. We had to ask for utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Our server would disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time even though we were the only people there. At one point we had to go up to the front to ask the sushi chef for things because our server was nowhere to be found. The amazing quality of the food more than made up for the subpar service though. We will definitely be back.“

“We had high expectations for this place since it had a 4.7 rating. The food and atmosphere did NOT live up to the rating. We ordered the beef and chicken bibimbap, and we were highly disappointed. The meat portions were chopped in tiny pieces. The beef was scarce and dry. The chicken was also scarce and dry.The only thing really good was the seaweed salad. The prices were a bit high for what you get.The service was fast and decent. There was major work going on, on the outside of the building at the time, so the look of the front of the restaurant was under major construction.“

“This place rocks! Favorite Korean spot I’ve found in Cleveland. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. It’s small and cozy, which makes the experience feel so personal. Plus, the food was delicious. We tried the seafood pancake which contained various seafood delights, and the hot stone bibibap bowl, which was also amazing with how the rice crisped up. Also, make sure you get the hot tea! Will definitely be coming back soon.“

“Better than many sushi places in Toledo. Roll wise not worth the money. Like instead of the rice inside out. It is the maki small roll for like over $10. But I really love the chirashu. Great price for great portion size and great quality of fish. If I come back, will definitely go for that. And the view and the environment of the restaurant is very chill and relaxing. For those people like to post foodie pictures, definitely is a nice place for Instagram.“

“I was going to a concert with my companion and I'd read about and been recommended to this place by someone in a Facebook group. I was pretty excited to try what was billed as "Authentic Japanese". Anyone who's familiar with actual Japanese cuisine knows the struggle. The atmosphere was nice, service was great, food was a bit of a miss. They certainly appear to try to be "authentic", and they come close, closer than most any non familiar with Japanese food person would be able to tell, but just not quite. One of my favorite dishes is Agedashi Tofu. I cannot tell you how hard it is to find this dish prepared right. Nearly all of the non Japanese owned or operated "Japanese" restaurants don't come close and many offer what is actually Korean or some other form of "fried tofu", with the Korean version being my least favorite, fried portions of tofu that are very dry and bland, in my experience. This place came close but there were issues. First there were two huge blocks of fried tofu, and it was actually prepared right, but never have I had such large chunks. They're usually several small cubes. They did get the bonito flakes right but I found them not nearly as smokey as they should have been, almost non existently smokey and didn't add to the dish as they should. There was absolutely no greenery, scallions, nothing. The sauce was very almost watery tasting and not very flavorful. Needless to say I was disappointed. Second would be the "giyoza", which was actually the topic of the Facebook group post on someone looking for authentic Japanese prepared giyoza. This place is definitely "not it". The "dumplings" we got were deep fried, in a shell that was thick and powdery tasting to eat. Just not in any way remotely like actual giyoza. The sushi nigiri we ordered was fine, much like any other decent sushi place, so no complaints there. Lastly the Nabeyaki Udon took forever to come out, the tempura to go with it even longer, and the broth was different tasting than expected. At that point we were pretty full, pressed to get to our concert as the wait for our food had set us back. We took the Udon to go but later found the noodles had soaked up all the broth and it was pretty unappetizing. The Yakitori was ok, not the best but not the worst. Lastly, the place is a bit hard to find. The frontage from the street looks like office buildings or something residential and you have to go around that and down a slope to the back bottom of that to get to the actual restaurant and even then we weren't sure we were at the right place until we entered. Overall, while most people will probably enjoy this place, someone who knows Japanese food, may not.“

“We visited Otani and sat at the hibachi grill. The miso soup was delicious and our steak entree and chicken entree were also quite tasty and cooked to perfection. As a matter of fact, all of our food was simply delicious. The only criticism I have is that the salad dressing was a bit too sweet for our liking. In addition, I need to say that our waiter and our grill cook/chef were wonderful. We look forward to visiting again.“

“This place is great to grab a quick light lunch downtown. They are only open Monday-Friday 11:15am-1:45pm. The service is excellent and quick! While it's just a small location for pick up only, it's inside Key Tower and there's a small area with seats and tables. The sushi is fresh and they give you a decent number of pieces. My go to is the California Roll but I've ventured out lately and I love the Key Tower Roll. I'd definitely suggest giving this place a try if you enjoy sushi. Prices are typical for rolls.“

“Chicken and shrimp were over cooked and dry. Also they charge almost 5.00 extra to use a credit card and a 18 tip is added to the end of the bill. They don't tell you so watch out you don't double tip.“

“We eat here on our way to Cleveland as often as we can. The food is fresh and delicious. The individual flavors of the different vegetables, mushrooms, and meats shine through in all of their dishes so you can appreciate them without being overpowered by a sauce or whatever seasoning the dish calls for. Very well balanced! The service is fast and friendly, with a comfortable atmosphere. We try something different each time we eat here and everything has been delicious. The portions are good and I leave full or with leftovers. For me, many Chinese restaurants fall under the "good but nothing special" category. Imperial Wok delivers at a step above the norm and is certainly a place for great Chinese dining.“

“I absolutely love the pad Thai at Tree Country Bistro! It’s packed with flavor and always hits the spot. My only tiny wish is for a bit more shrimp in the dish, but thankfully, adding extra shrimp doesn’t break the bank. The customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is always polite and welcoming. Highly recommended for a delicious Thai dining experience!“
