Today I made a wrong turn and stopped at burger king on dension. I placed my order and was immediately notified, that I would have to wait 3mins for my food to come off the grill. I didn't mind especially since that meant it was freshly cooked. My food was out to me and it didn't even take three minutes. I am glad because I was pressed for time. Thanks Tameka for all your help! Hopefully she is recognized for her excellent customer service and hard work!
Burgers are always cold. Staff acts like they have never seen their own menu before. I’ll read the name of an item exactly how it is listed on the menu posted outside and they’ll have no clue what it is and expect me to explain how to make it. Only gave two stars because at least the orders are accurate.

I don't often eat inside of fast food restaurants, but our child (4) needed the restroom. Of course, the bathrooms were closed to the public. I tried to order Dr. Pepper and they only had 3 or 4 drinks available in their machine, telling me they were out of pretty much everything.
