'Death by The King' particularly stood out, growing on me with each sip. The bar boasts a pleasant atmosphere and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend visiting. As of March 2024, each cocktail was 15 USD.”

“I came in for the first time just yesterday, and it did not disappoint!! The chicken shawarma wrap was so good that I ordered a second one, and the crepe was divine!! The sauces that came with it on the side were INCREDIBLE! The owner and all associates I encountered were wonderful and friendly. I have been thinking about it all day because it was so delicious- can’t wait to return! You definitely need to try this if you haven’t yet!”

My husband had the Shrimp Tartufo - Gulf Shrimp, Truffle Cream, Fig Balsamic served in a huge bowl with several nice sized shrimp and I had the Caesar salad. For dinner he had the Capesante Annerite - Lightly Blackened Sea Scallops, Porcini Mushroom Truffle Risotto and I had the Anatra Arrosto - Half Duck, Signature Homemade Orange Sauce, Asparagus and mashed potatoes. Amazing food and service, looking forward to going back there soon.”

“This review is for brunch specifically - the bloody marys are not very good, they were strangely a light pink color and tasted very watered down. The snacks on top were great though, although the pierogi on top was super cold & a little soggy from resting on top of the drink.We split a brunch sampler board, which is definitely big enough for 2 people. The eggs came out lukewarm, which I assume is just due to the timing of plating them/being picked up. Everything on the board was quite tasty.We sat in the room off to the side of the main restaurant (beer garden room, I think?) - it was very warm in there, but April is a fickle month, so I get why it's hard to manage the temperature! It's a beautiful room though and I'm glad we got to sit there.Also want to shout out the fact that the bathrooms contain free period products which should be the standard everywhere ?”

My companion ordered the pork dish and was happy with the fact that the gorgonzola was not overpowering. Good replacement for Luca ( used to be my favorite) as I have not been happy with them lately. Will go back. Hopefully, it is just as good next time.”

All of us are pretty well-versed foodies and within 10 minutes we were oohing and aahing over the cacio e pepe that they make using farfale. Then the owner showed up with a literal mixing bowl of a fresh garlic and tomato pasta just to treat his patrons, we didn’t expect it and the guilty smile with which he spooned it onto each of our plates “just to try” was half the atmosphere of the restaurant bundled up in an act of hospitality. No kidding, it was 2x better than pasta I’ve had in much finer establishments, or even in the big tourist haunts in New York’s little Italy. Service with Marissa was incredible, and everyone was beyond friendly. What a delight!”

I chose the salad, the Paupiette de Merou (the chef's specialty), and the crème brulée. Everything was fantastic, I can't wait to come back and try some of the many cheeses I wasn't able to sample last time.Parking: Not sure if the meters for street parking and parking lot are daytime only, but they do offer complimentary valet.”

“Came for a birthday party and can't say I'd be back. There were several problems. First off, I waited 40 minutes for a coke. Seems like everyone else got their alcohol though which also had a very long wait. The server Cici was awful to say the least. She couldn't get anything right. My husband ordered the rib dinner and i had the two meats and two sides (brisket and ribs). The ribs were very good, I would definitely order them again if I ever came back. But the brisket was absolutely awful. The toughest, driest piece of meat I've ever bitten, tasteless with no bark whatsoever. They were out of rib tips which I was honestly disappointed about but the ribs were bomb. They were moist yet tender cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese *and believe me I don't eat everybody's* was really really good. The greens had too much vinegar but were still enjoyable. The baked beans (Fire whoever made them immediately) literally took a can of bushes and added green peppers and onion. I ordered my 2 year old a smoked wing appetizer and some fries. WE GOT MY 2 YEAR OLDS FOOD AS WE WERE PACKING UP OURS, He literally ate my whole plate because he had no food. I ordered the garlic parm on the side and of course when they brought his wings it was covered in garlic parm. The fries were so full of salt they weren't edible but I got over that quickly. Still being very very generous I told the waitress I would be paying for my friend for his birthday. She didn't just charge my card for my best friends meal, but for everyone else at the table almost 300$. How do you make that kind of mistake. I believe it was intentional. After that I just ran out of there. The service however bad, still didn't overshadow that the food was really good. I just wouldn't order the brisket agian and definitely tell them no salt on your fries”

Prices that are extremely reasonable for the high quality of food, generous portions, a focused menu that still has a good selection, and good drinks selection. The veal is prepared very well!Wheelchair accessibility: A single step is required to get in the entrance. A ramp will be provided if a wheelchair is present, but the ramp is extremely short and nowhere close to ADA standards; a manual chair can make it work with assistance, but I recommend not coming in a power chair at all.”

Alijah is so knowledgeable that competing plumbers consult him. You won't regret choosing Atlanta Plumbers.”

I added mustard and provolone (which provided a nice neutral flavor that doesn’t take away from the savoriness of the corned beef, but compliments it nicely). And they didn’t forget the pickle!! The pickle is MANDATORY w/ this sandwich.The only downside for me was the greasiness that soaked straight thru the paper it was wrapped in. With that, definitely reserve this for a cheat meal if on a low fat, low salt diet (like me haha)!4/5!”

The last time I was there my sandwiches were not made. The worker said he was out print paper and refused to make my sandwiches. He was disrespectful and had no concerns about my sandwiches. When I found Mooncat shortly after they opened, I was very happy!And, I was even happier to find out their boba is great! I haven't had a drink that I haven't liked yet, and the boba is cooked properly. They also have seasonal drinks, which are always tempting.Their food is also quite good, but I haven't tried very many things yet. I will say: their sugar biscuits are DELICIOUS. We love how they're open on Mondays when two other local Westpark pizza places are both closed.They deliver and they're friendly. Regular round pizzas are good too. Boneless wings are good. Their poppers with cream cheese! are delicious. Their side salad is average and similar to Athen's Pizza- it's regular iceberg lettuce with no mixed greens or cucumbers but Joe De's provolone cheese is extra delicious.They have desserts that are great too- the cannoli... the shell was fresh and crisp!! No soggy shell which is greatly appreciated. The plain filling is delicious... the only thing that would've made it better was having chocolate chips in the filling.This place is constantly consistent with quality food. “I made reservations to celebrate my birthday here and the staff was very accommodating. I had to stay within a certain amount of people for my reservation and at the last minute I had to make an adjustment that put me outside of that limitation. The staff/management was very understanding and helpful, which was a huge relief for me. When we arrived everyone was very kind and patient as some of my guests were late. They were also very attentive to my dietary restrictions as a vegan. I ordered 3 dishes including the vegan entree. The vegan entree (miso eggplant) didn’t taste that good to me and I was reluctant to say anything, but I’m glad I did. Robin our server asked what I didn’t like about it and used the feedback to have them remake the dish with custom adjustments for taste. It was so much tastier when they brought it back out and I was extremely grateful for the overall care and consideration. She took pictures of our dinner party and they served me a vegan desert with a candle to celebrate my birthday. This was a great experience for me and my guests and I am glad I chose this restaurant to celebrate. The customer service from top to bottom was superb.”

Cheap laminate flooring, no art on the walls, made it feel like this place was set up to make a fast buck. Steaks were excellent, but served on luke warm plates. Espresso was good, but the price was astounding. $450, then add a $90 tip. 2 glasses of Champagne (came out late) 1 bottle of Ripasso, 1 Calamari, 2 Fillet, and the special with Crab Oscar. no dessert, 2 coffees. Was a little much. It's Cleveland. I've had better for less in Zurich, Venice, Milan, Munich, Tokyo etc. The place felt greedy.”

The only downside is the location being a little out of the way, but in my opinion that's what makes it a hidden gem. Sausage roll, Ham & Cheese Jambon, and the Irishtown Bend coffee were all phenomenal. The food was very flavorful, the pastry crisp and the coffee was not overpowering in flavor. The irish cream mixed with dark blend coffee was nice and mellow so dark lovers may want something a bit stronger. I have been visiting this spot since it opened years and ago and I am pleased to say it's still just as good as when it opened.FYI: Parking just across the street in a small lot is accessible, but limited. You may have to park on one of the side streets and walk a few steps.”

“I last came to Larder years ago back in 2018 or so and getting the Tuesday lunch special - $5 Chicken Sandwiches. I remember it being the best fried chicken sandwich I had ever had in my life - huge juicy thigh meat covered in a crunchy doubled fried exterior. Since then, Larder has been winning awards left and right. Since we were visiting Cleveland, I was so excited to visit Larder again and get their delicious sandwich. Unfortunately we came on a bad day - the previous night, a severe thunderstorm had knocked out the fryer and vents and Larder had to remove all of their fried items from the menu. They also were having oven troubles, so they ended up opening 30 minutes late. We got there over 30 minutes before they opened and a line of people started forming already. Pastrami Reuben ($18) - This is not your typical pastrami; this is thick, 1 cm cut savory salty pastrami, cut kind of like corned beef. The bark is still attached which is soft in some portions but crisp in others. ??? skome flavor??The meat is super tender and easy to eat. There's a thin layer of flavorful fat in some areas. There's cabbage slaw added on the bottom which adds a nice tang to balance out the fatty and meat of the pastrami. Thousand island spread on the top and bottom slices of bread adds additional moisture and sweetness. Everything is placed in the middle of two perfectly toasted slices of rye. Babka ($9) - Absolutely chock full of chocolate, the bread is pretty dense and rich. Pieces of crumbs easily flake off when you're eating this. There's some cinnamon mixed with the chocolate. If I'm ever back in town, I would get the chicken sandwich for the nostalgia.”

I had the bolognese which was okay tasted a bit bland compared to the other dishes. The chicken Marsala was also okay, the sauce tasted a bit too sweet instead of having a more savory flavor. The gnocchi with shrimp was probably the best dish as well as the mussels, clams, and lobster ravioli. Eggplant Parmesan also looked great and was well liked by the crowd. Overall the whole group enjoyed the food and had a fantastic time at the restaurant. Also the parking is free and is “valet” but we ended up parking the car ourselves, finding parking in the little Italy is impossible so this made life easy.”

A group of us decided to check out the Butcher and Brewer when we couldn’t get into another restaurant on East 4th and boy were we pleased it worked out that way because we had incredible service and delicious food and beverages!!!!! Raven was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She knew everything about the food and the brews and she was so much fun, we wished she could sit down and enjoy dinner with us! She made our experience memorable and made me feel proud to be a Clevelander knowing that there are fabulous people in the food industry in Cleveland! My out of town colleagues had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back to Cleveland to visit! “We have been ordering the same meal for a couple of years now. It is always a little different for some reason. We get The Jalisco Special, and it is delicious. We get it with chicken and shrimp.It's not full 5 stars for me because of the last few times we ordered, the portions were less than we got used to.The amount of chips and salsa you get inside when you're dining in is about 3x as much as you get with a carry out order. It's a tiny container and they don't give you any extra chips when you buy queso and guacamole.In addition to that, the queso and guacamole cost 5.99 each for the smallest size for anyone else who was wondering.”

All were pretty good...entrees were gigantic portions. Most people at the table were not able to finish their meal. The food was a bit expensive...would have been nice to pay a bit less and get normal size portion. Sides are served more family style which was good. The Server/Bartender (maybe owner/manager) was getting ready for the day when we walked in and quickly came over to seat us.Soon after, we had water and delicious bread while we looked over the menu. We ordered drinks while we made our decisions.We both love Eggplant Parm and almost always order it. Another favorite is Chicken Parm so we both decided to continue the tradition. They both come with a side of pasta with a house sauce. I opted for rigatoni and my wife got angel hair, both with marinara.I am not sure if they were still setting up for the day or missing staff, but the food did take a little time to arrive. It was not a big deal as we were not in a hurry, it was just a little odd since it was empty.Once the food arrived, we both commented on the large portions. Not that we were complaining, just odd being lunchtime.The sauce was good and the pasta cooked well. The presentation was also nice and not sloppy. Both dishes were tasty, although not our favorite. The eggplant was more casserole style and not fried pieces like others. The chicken was good but I would have rather it been pounded out and thinner.If Angelo's Nido was in any other part of town we would for sure be back. However, with other amazing spots in Little Italy, it is tough to decide. Prices were very reasonable, especially with the bread and pasta. I found it cozy enough navigating the stairs to one of the dining areas on the upper level and sliding into a pew. Yes, a pew. Some of the booth seating has been repurposed from churches. Our server, Anna, who has been recognized from other reviews for her speedy service, was again on point with cheerful and expedient form. Our selections of chicken florentine and eggplant siciliano along with smooth Malbec and Moscato wines were tremendous. The accompanying pasta was perfectly al dente, which is often very hard to find in even the most traditional Italian eateries (mainly because it is precooked to mushiness). Great job and I recommend one gets there early because the place fills up and I can understand why. Would surely make a return trip.”

“Came for a birthday party and can't say I'd be back. There were several problems. First off, I waited 40 minutes for a coke. Seems like everyone else got their alcohol though which also had a very long wait. The server Cici was awful to say the least. She couldn't get anything right. My husband ordered the rib dinner and i had the two meats and two sides (brisket and ribs). The ribs were very good, I would definitely order them again if I ever came back. But the brisket was absolutely awful. The toughest, driest piece of meat I've ever bitten, tasteless with no bark whatsoever. They were out of rib tips which I was honestly disappointed about but the ribs were bomb. They were moist yet tender cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese *and believe me I don't eat everybody's* was really really good. The greens had too much vinegar but were still enjoyable. The baked beans (Fire whoever made them immediately) literally took a can of bushes and added green peppers and onion. I ordered my 2 year old a smoked wing appetizer and some fries. WE GOT MY 2 YEAR OLDS FOOD AS WE WERE PACKING UP OURS, He literally ate my whole plate because he had no food. I ordered the garlic parm on the side and of course when they brought his wings it was covered in garlic parm. The fries were so full of salt they weren't edible but I got over that quickly. Still being very very generous I told the waitress I would be paying for my friend for his birthday. She didn't just charge my card for my best friends meal, but for everyone else at the table almost 300$. How do you make that kind of mistake. I believe it was intentional. After that I just ran out of there. The service however bad, still didn't overshadow that the food was really good. I just wouldn't order the brisket agian and definitely tell them no salt on your fries”

We have been to other brunches with a larger selection for less. Several of the ladies also had difficulty finding the location. Our GPS told us we arrived at our location after we passed it. Perhaps, a side walk sign can help others locate the restaurant.Parking: We circled the block a few times looking for parking but it was limited. We ended up valeting. The valet was not able to assist one person in our party because he could not drive a manual vehicle. Another had an issue because the valet was not familiar with the Tesla system.”

Cheap laminate flooring, no art on the walls, made it feel like this place was set up to make a fast buck. Steaks were excellent, but served on luke warm plates. Espresso was good, but the price was astounding. $450, then add a $90 tip. 2 glasses of Champagne (came out late) 1 bottle of Ripasso, 1 Calamari, 2 Fillet, and the special with Crab Oscar. no dessert, 2 coffees. Was a little much. It's Cleveland. I've had better for less in Zurich, Venice, Milan, Munich, Tokyo etc. The place felt greedy.”
“This is one of those places you walk in and you stop at the door and awkwardly look around... do you seat yourself, do you wait for somebody to seat you? We were eventually politely greeted and told to sit anywhere. There were 4 seated tables and two tables that needed to be bussed. There were two other male "employees" wearing street clothes that would sit down at a table with someone, drink and talk, and then get up and help out here and there, and then sit down again. My partner ordered the Prime Steak Sammie, and they brought out the New York Strip, twice as expensive. The waitress apologized and asked us if we were ok with waiting for the correct order, which we said was fine. There wasn't anything offered for the wrong entree or extra wait, which would have been appreciated.I don't feel the need to go back, nor would I necessarily recommend it. She was a very attentive and competent server- no name tag or I would give her a shout out ! Our two concerns were the incredibly cold dining room. We never did warm up. And also the place smelled so strongly of cleaning solutions and Lysol that one member of our party got a headache from the overpowering smell and another developed a rash and itching eyes from the strong scent. W We worried it would affect the meals' tastes but it didn't. The music was so loud we couldnt hear each other but our server happily turned down the volume when we requested it. Even though we sat in a very cold room with loud music and strong Lysol scents, the food made it worthwhile and we will be back. Just on a warmer day ! And the loaded tots I got could have been a meal by themselvesby themselves with the portion size and heartiness of toppings (peppers, mushroom, chicken, chipotle sauce, sour cream). I don't think I can have my tots any other way now, they were so nice! And, AND, the owner and his son where extremely personable, pleasant, kind folks. I have nothing but good things to say about this place ❤All in all I ordered two drinks, a smash burger (brisket y'all! ?), a polish boy, loaded tater tots, and a beef hot dog, all for $30. “The other reviews for this place do it justice. Although it is a more expensive option for pizza, it is worth every penny.The quality of the pizza is next to none. I watched the owner make the pizza in front of me while we chatted. He was extremely friendly and kind. I can see the time and care he puts into all aspects of his pizza.The pizza itself was absolutely delicious. I got the Gio's Special regular and one with pepperoni. Both were superb. The crust and dough especially were delicious.I will be going back to Pizzeria Uciuni for sure, and strongly recommend you give it a try yourself. Support your local small businesses!”

“If you've had La Bodega in treemont, this is better in my opinion. I got the Kojak on ciabatta bread and its served hot. I can't wait to try all their sandwiches I'd recommend to anybody! Also try the chocolate and raspberry cake!!!”
