I love the sandwiches but the workers there are trash. There is one young man that has a some personality, the rest act like they don't want to be there. No greeting, no thank you nothing.

I ordered food through door dash. The order was "being made" for an hour so I called the store to ask what was going on. The indivdual I talked to said it would be refunded since no one was available to drop off the order. He was INCREDIBLY rude to me and gave me little information about why I was able to place a delivery order and no one was able to deliver it. He said he would refund the order and I went to sleep. In the morning I got a message saying it was delivered and it was not. They did NOT refund my order as they told me they would and claimed it was dropped off when it was NOT. Im waiting for my case to be reviewed and refunded through door dash. Very disappointed with the staff and how they responded to me at JJ.

Truly terrible. Takes unbelievably long for a cold sandwich places who’s tagline is Freaky Fast. Last time I ordered I had no update after an hour. I called and they said they are canceling and refunding deliveries. I said when did that start and they said 2 or 3 hours ago. Haven’t gotten a refund yet, no notification that this was happening. App let me order. Staff is rude. Order from somewhere else.

I live right next to this Jimmy John’s and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order in a timely manner. Do not order from here, even for convenience sake. You’ll end up waiting an hour for your sub while the drones behind the counter waddle around and choose to ignore you.

Came to Jimmy Johns on a late Saturday night and the employees were all standing outside the restaurant. When we entered, one entered and said they were taking cash only even when the credit machine was completely on. Horrible service.

This is my 2nd time going to the location on 836 St. Clair Ave... the 1st time, the guy on duty was hanging out with his friends, ignored us for 5 minutes, then when he finally started our order, he was rude and aloof. This time around, I decided to do an online order through doordash and never got my order, despite a delivery notice. I called and they told me their driver is out so I would have to come in and get it myself. Please do something about these people, Jimmy John's.

Don’t. Just don’t.You ordered from them a few months ago and delivery was 90 minutes late, but you think to yourself, “maybe things have changed. I’ll try again”If you go ahead and order anyway, DONT TIP THEM IN THE APP. Give them cash if they arrive only 30 minutes late or nothing if more than 30 minutes. If they actually show up on time, play the lottery that night because you’re having a lucky day.

My first one star review. Person at the register didn’t speak. He nodded. I asked if he was ready for me and nodded again. It’s not that difficult to say hi, hello, hey, what would you like? I don’t need a conversation, just a simple verbal hello. Made me feel like I didn’t matter and was inconveniencing him.

Placed a $350 catering order over 24 hours in advance to be delivered to the Hilton doubletree at 10:45 on 10/14/23. At 11 still hadn't arrived so we called and were informed the store didn't open til 11 so they were loading up the drivers car and would be there shortly. They had the entire prior day to call and inform it would be late, but the location is 5 minutes from the hotel so we said that was fine. At 11:15 and 11:30 called again because still hadn't arrived and were advised each time that it should be there shortly and there was absolutely no way to reach the driver to see what was going on. Food didn't arrive til after 11:45, over an hour late, and at least half the sandwiches were incorrect. For example, I ordered turkey and received a sandwich with salami as the only meat. I am requesting my tip be refunded, as well as at least 50% of the order considering the terrible service and incorrect items. I have yet to hear back from the store for a resolution. For context, this was for a wedding party and completely threw off the timeline of the day. Don't advertise as freaky fast if you're slow and rude.

I walked in and they refused to take my order and said they were taking online orders only. They instructed me to go online and submit my order while in the lobby while several people stood behind the register laughing and having unrelated work conversations. Then the next few people that came in the door they took their orders.
