I ordered food through door dash. The order was "being made" for an hour so I called the store to ask what was going on. The indivdual I talked to said it would be refunded since no one was available to drop off the order. He was INCREDIBLY rude to me and gave me little information about why I was able to place a delivery order and no one was able to deliver it. He said he would refund the order and I went to sleep. Truly terrible. Takes unbelievably long for a cold sandwich places who’s tagline is Freaky Fast. Last time I ordered I had no update after an hour. I called and they said they are canceling and refunding deliveries. I said when did that start and they said 2 or 3 hours ago. Haven’t gotten a refund yet, no notification that this was happening. App let me order. Staff is rude. Order from somewhere else.
