Were more interested in being on their phones than serving the customers. Have been going there for years and took a break for awhile. This was my experience the last two recent visits. The folks that were there before were on the ball. I don't know what happened.

Food was mediocre at best, service was not very friendly at all. The order was correct, it seems that the quality of food at Mr. Hero has went way down. I will stick to their chopped salad.
