In defense of Plum, most of the negative reviews come from "basic" people who can't fathom paying slightly more for so-called "off brands" only because they "never heard of them" and rationalize their refusal to try anything new because they still act like they're in high school and have not really lived due to having a tourist mindset. First off, let me say I never write reviews, but I had to because of the amazing customer service of Sandy!!! She works back in the kitchen and we were looking at the food they prepare and it looked amazing especially the Mac and cheese. She gave us a sample without us asking, so we could try it. Some of the best mac & cheese I've ever had!!
