I was there for a banquet event so I will not comment on the service but the food was above average. This is their Stuffed Cabbage with Fried Egg and a half glass of Riesling ?. The fact it inside the Cleveland Museum of Art is a bonus!
We visited the newly reopened restaurant and had two wonderful experiences! First, at the bar, they made us a great blackberry mocktail. After the exhibit, we sat and had a lamb burger, which was delicious

Interesting, well-executed dishes that are inventive and delicious without pretention. The servers are friendly and good at what they do. Nice wines are available by the glass. The dining room is small and intimate with terrific views. Absolutely the best restaurant I've visited in Cleveland.
