I was impressed with the professionalism and organization of the staff (1/29). They did a phenomenal job! The line was very long but we were served hot and fresh food in a timely manner. Great job
Nice clean facility with friendly and patient staff. All of our food came exactly as ordered even with some picky eaters. There was plenty to keep the little ones busy with all of the decorations and sports on TV, and lots of room at the table. Great place!

After attending a basketball game at Rocket Mortgage arena I decided to check out this particular Quaker Steak as I have been to other locations.. I ended up ordering the golden garlic wings for the first time and the sauce was delicious but the wings itself needed to be cooked longer. The wings tasted a tad bit undercooked. My food was cooked pretty fast so there was not a long wait at all. I must say my customer service at this location was not as great as the stand alone restaurants...read full review
