The customer service here is horrid. I keep going and they get consistent traffic because it's on a university campus at dorms and people come here as the easiest place to get a coffee or tea between classes. My orders are always simple, I'm quick, and I smile and say hello to the workers but I've received a smile maybe one out of 20 times. Firstly, I never write reviews, but this experience warrants it.The manager there is absolutely crazy. She has screamed at me extensively when my order was made completely wrong and argued with me about whether I asked for my drink as iced or hot. (Btw I never ever have ordered a hot matcha in my life so I wasn’t about to start now) She verbally berated my girlfriend and me and screamed for at least two minutes on the top of her lungs before angrily going to remake the drink.An...read full review

The Starbucks employee did not listen to me I had to repeat myself three times, and when I offered to show her the recipe for my drink she said she didn't have to to do all that. The service was bad overall and it was ghetto for a campus coffee shop.star bucks has high standard they need to retain employees. The time is 8:12pm 03/03 I will not be coming back
