Usually I have good service at this subway, but there was a worker at night and she was completely rude, there were 2 other people in line waiting to order.. we all waited over 20 minutes as she made us wait so she could complete online orders which is understandable but none of the online orders were there to pick up. Once she finally got to my order, she was very rude… stayed back my order to me which was wrong when I tried to correct it before she started making it she wouldn’t let me speak and stated she knew what Sub I was ordering when she stated the wrong sub… I cancelled my order and walked out as she was yelling at me

I will never eat here again. The only reason I visited was to do a favor for a friend. I stopped going here years ago when I seen first hand the unsanitary way the workers made people food. This trip I watched the two people working ( 1 male- 1 female) both had on gloves while handling food. The issue I had, is they were taking money, opening the dirty handle oven door, making sandwiches, touching veggies, then meat, then salad topping, and then placing their whole hand on sandwiches to tuck th cut them in half with the same GLOVES ON! EWWW! Over and over I watched this. When my turn came I politely asked her to change her gloves! My friend didn't eat pork! She used the same gloves she had on when I came in to make others sandwiches, touching the chicken, the pork, the turkey, the beef.......then all of the vegetables! Eww eww eww! She said.." oh I'm sorry I meant to change my gloves, yes I can do that " really I didn't want it after all I seen but this person was at work with mo lunch. NEVER EVER GO HERE! And if you do.....watch how they handle your food. gloves should be separated by food. Veggies, pork, beef ,chicken, cheese, oven, register!!! No way! Uncleanness is huge for me!

I genuinely have no idea how this subway is still open, I only come here cause this is the only one open late. The customer service is terrible, employee talks about “needing to smoke another blunt” with customers. I try my best to avoid using this word but it’s terribly ghetto. Horrible this location makes me feel uncomfortable.Update: I walked out before I could get my food because this lady tried to gaslight by saying I told her the sandwich wrong, she was just too high to follow along.

The customer service I got this was not the best for one when I get to the store she was outside smoking not paying any attention to the store I waiting a good 15 minutes before I even got service than when she served me she had a bad attitude was rude and told I can only get three pickles on my 6 inch I said I would pay extra she said they said we can’t do it now I know she lying cause this not my first time at this subway I come to this because the customer is better than some of the other 24 hour subways I go to but after this I don’t think illl be coming back to this one and than when I try to call the number is not working

3/2 1am went to grab food and got the worst service ever she was rude and nasty! She had the worst attitude! Ordered a chicken Teriyaki and she gave me a steak!!!!!!!!! Seriously if you are miserable leave it at home and don’t take it out on the customer!

I just received the best service I've had at this store. My sandwiches were ready and nicely packaged. The worker was courteous and respectful. With great customer service I decided to purchase a bag of ice, gas and a car wash. All of which I had planned on purchasing somewhere else. It was my first time back in the store in months. The last time I was there my sandwiches were not made. The worker said he was out print paper and refused to make my sandwiches. He was disrespectful and had no concerns about my sandwiches. He told me to go online and get my money back. The worker today renewed my faith. I will be back because of him. Thanks my brother. Peace!
