I went in the other day and the young lady who helped me out was so nice and quick. I just went in like 10 mins ago and I see no one. I don't get a hello just a stare then I proceed to order and they tell me I have to wait for an online order and there's no Italian herbs and cheese but the other young lady noticed there was and then they both proceed to continue to talk and not work. I just walked away.
This is my favourite Subway the food is always fresh. Staff are always respectful and jolly, the ingredients are always fresh plus they ll go above and beyond for the customers. The other day for some reason my card kept getting declined I was totally embarrassed because I knew that there were funds available on my card so I used another card that was declined I was irritated but the staff member was very patient. I just received the best service I've had at this store. My sandwiches were ready and nicely packaged. The worker was courteous and respectful. With great customer service I decided to purchase a bag of ice, gas and a car wash. All of which I had planned on purchasing somewhere else. It was my first time back in the store in months.
