Beautiful historic building. Quiet. Very cool court of appeals- guy who turned out to be a judge asked if I was planning to have a wedding there. When I said no, he gave me and my girlfriend a tour. Very friendly and informative. I assume if you are in trouble with the law, the building might be a little bit less exciting, probably contributing to the one star reviews.
