Very very very bad service specially the owner not make the customer feel appreciated she was saying it her restaurant she can do what she want extremely disappointed ☹️That’s not true you tell us that is ur business and u can do what ever you want means you don’t care about providing good customer service ….

Poor service ? rude don't go thereIt was your extremely rude attitude while explaining your seating policy that upset me. That's why I left no tip. And after we sat, you gave other 2 person parties the 4 top tables after you kicked us out of those same 4 tops.

Always a great time at 4th and State! We got brunch on Sunday, April 28. Their current seasonal flavor is lemon lavender. We were told it's meant to be used in French toast/pancakes, but we asked for it in a lemonade and our server agreed. She was apprehensive if the taste would be good, but I knew I'd like it. We also got an iced coffee with oatmeal cookie creamer. I probably should have asked for more creamer. I wish they had those little cups on the table so you can make it to your own liking. We ordered the Cinnabun pancake balls (not pictured), vrunchwrap, and Maui wowie personal pizza. Everything was hot and delicious. They also have a bakery cabinet filled with cookies, cupcakes, and other sweet treats. We took home a strawberry crumble cupcake to enjoy later.Parking: Lots of spots but it can fill up on a busy weekend!

4th & State is the best spot for vegan food in this city. I've been eating here since their inception and have had nothing but exemplary customer service and dining experiences. Food is always consistent and I appreciate how they've incorporated whole foods like tempeh into some of their menu items, versus leaning on the typical vegan patty fare. They are also the only vegan restaurant in this city that is open EVERY day of the week. Greatly appreciate the small team at 4th & State.

Do not bring large groups (more than 4) or go while they’re busy. The staff keep a lackadaisical pace and they do not practice dynamic seating. My party tried to lunch here after the Cap City marathon and we watched as their table that could accommodate us sat empty for nearly thirty minutes because they had to wait for enough other small parties to leave to seat the small parties who arrived before us. Similarly, the couple that walked in behind us didn’t get attention from the hostess for at least ten minutes. The food order took so long to come out of the kitchen that my party had finished all of our drinks and started the meal with empty glasses. The food was great, the bathrooms clean, but they can be easily overwhelmed.Vegetarian options: Completely vegan menu.

The most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever met. They do not care about the customers. I am repulsed by them and will never be going here of telling everyone to stay away.

The incompetence and ignorant disregard for the customer experience mixed with inflexible stubborness, and erroneous righteousness will cause me to never support this business again and wish them failure.

Excellent food. Relaxing atmosphere. We wanted to try somewhere new with no tvs or loud music. Great restaurant. We will be back.

The only complaint I have is that if there is anything going wrong in the kitchen (like something burning ) you will smell it for your entire stay because of how open it isOther than that everything is phenomenal. Can get a bit pricey for the portions but very much worth it

Food was great but the kitchen was overwhelmed which resulted in slow service. Learned it's best to go after 2 on the weekends.
