About a week ago I was hungry and noticed the food truck and decided to give it a try. The double smash cheeseburger was well proportioned, seasoned beautifully and perfectly cooked. The bun was fresh, soft and warm. The tots were outstanding and plentiful. Each were served in a Styrofoam container and were still hot 20 min later when I had a chance to eat. Not over complicated, they’ve put a bit of care into their technique as well as the flawless sear of their smash burgers.
