“Don't come in here unless you want the best vegetables food organic that you've ever tasted. I'm in the one in Morse road but I had the same experience at Easton. Wonderful service fantastic guy waiting on me and this is the place to go for healthy and tastyfood.“
“I cannot say enough good things about the food here. The mango chicken and the chicken suqqar are amazing. The spicy rice, all the sides, the hot sauce…I was in food Heaven. They have good juice too. I loved the ginger lemonade. This is some of the best food in Columbus right here.“
“I ordered to go. The food and service were very good. The two ladies were very warm, friendly and helpful with recommendations given I had not previously never tried west African food. I will go back this time to dine in to try something else!“
“The food was amazing the owner was so nice and polite usually me and my kids go there for the Egusi and fufu Phenomenal by the way, but it was the first time they wanted to try the jolif rice and chicken and she was so kind to add another piece. Amazing service. I never had that happen.“
“My sister has been nagging me to come and I finally made it. I'm sorry I didn't heed her sooner. I ordered the peanut butter beef soup with fufu and oh my gosh. It's about the business with how good it is. I would come back every day. Tha k you so much for accommodating us and making us good food ❤️ Dj “
“I cannot get enough of their Pounded Yam FuFu and Egusi Soup. It is absolutely delicious! This was my second try at partaking in West African cuisine, after a not so impressive meal I had a few months back. I’m so glad I gave this place a try. Especially realizing that there are so many different interpretations of these dishes across the continent. Yam Fufu and Egusi Soup: The Fufu comes fresh, hot and the perfect texture for pulling. While the flavor is mild, it’s a wonderful companion to some of the more savory soups/stews. The Egusi Soup has a powerful, spiced and seasoned flavor profile. I did have to adjust to some of the thin fish bones in it - but not out of the ordinary or too unexpected when cooking with dried fish. The flavor it brings is worth the minor inconvenience. I get mine with the 2 chicken drumsticks - which are well cooked and also wonderfully seasoned. I’d like the option to order without a protein on Uber Eats, though. Jollof Rice, Plantains with Beef: The rice was coated and seasoned very well! I enjoyed the spice, flavor and texture of the rice. My beef was a tad tough. I really only wanted to try the rice, but on the Uber Eats app currently requires a protein - so, I’m not taking any points away for it. Plantains were *chef’s kiss*! If you’re like me and want to experience African cuisine from right here in Central Ohio - I highly recommend this place. Also, very good portions for the price.“
“It was our first time having Somali/Mediterranean food, and overall we were pleasantly surprised. Every meal is served with what we believe was Chickpea Zucchini Soup before the meal and a banana after the meal. For our main course, we had a variety of chicken, lamb, and steak and either basmati rice or spaghetti, all of which were seasoned and cooked nicely. This was definitely a unique experience, and we are glad to have been able to try it.“
“Food is made fresh and fast! Staff is super friendly and patient and able to multitask so no one waits too long. I got a chicken quesadilla with an avocado smoothie and everything was delicious, especially the smoothie because I have a sweet tooth. Also got a sambusa before I left and I love it, everything tastes like home! Definitely stop in if you’re ever in the Cleveland-Morse area.Kid-friendliness: There’s tons of options that are all customizable, so your kids won’t feel left out and they’ll definitely wanna try one of the smoothies or mango juice!“
“We were looking to try African cuisine, and we came across this family-owned restaurant. The service was very generous and kind, and the food was delicious and satisfying. Our vegetarian diets were cared for, and we had a great time overall!Vegetarian options: Chapati madondo, coconut soup, jollof rice“
“I tried the goat over rice, it was delicious. I love the Somali rice; basmati rice cooked in a rich stock, spiced up, and with a bunch of vegetables in it too. I also had a beef Sambusa. Portions were generous and goat was cooked to perfection. The mango juice was excellent too. Sambusa was great. I will definitely be back, and may also try the American dishes too. Menu includes pictures to help if you're not familiar with the cuisine. I was curious about restaurant's name and I think it means 'to come together'?“
“Hello everyone!!! To those who are still wondering if this restaurant is legit in terms of service and good food, I will highly recommend that you give it a shot and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed. The service is impeccable and the food is heavenly....“
“Love love love this place!! The Mom is sweet. Friendly & welcoming smile. I enjoy the jollof, stew is PERFECT. Beef or goat, yummm! Most of all, I appreciate the fact that I can eat the food and actually taste it while having just enough pepper and not so much that my lips are melting off.?“
“Came from detroit to visit masjid Asalaama for a lecture with Shaykh Omaisan and he and the masjid recommended this place. The place was very clean and the staff were very nice and courteous the food was excellent and the fish is amazing. Inshallah I will be visiting with my family to let them try it out. Mashallah May Allah bless this place..Ameen“
“It's so Amazing restaurant. At my first time I liked the food I ordered, its was rice and chicken suqar. But its cultural restaurant the way they treat the customers it's like I feel my home country although I left my home country when I was baby.“
“I love coming here. We are regulars and come with friends and family. The food is delicious, the portions are perfect, service is great, ambience is chill with Afro beats music, restrooms are clean. This is the kind of small business that deserves support! One suggestion: If someone wanted to just get a side portion of one of the meats in addition to a plate, maybe you could have some pricing for that instead of having to get another full plate? Keep it going folks, wish you all the best“
