I ordered a Togo buffalo ranch chicken wrap and when I received it, it had zero ranch, zero lettuce zero tomato a couple of sprinkles of medium sauce, and dry chicken… I can’t imagine why someone would make it like this. Don’t order from this location.

Don’t try to call, because if you do, you’ll get talked to like you know nothing. Took over a minute for them to answer, but that was fine. The lady who answered honestly could not have been more rude. Thank goodness for the other, where I got treated like a human being.

Been here 3 or 4 times, cannot recall a time it didnt take at least an hour to get your food...even with an empty restaurant. Food was usually cold
We have visited this location twice when we're in Columbus for volleyball tournaments, and both times, they've been great with accommodating our group of parents and volleyball players. We ask for separate checks which can be a real pain for the servers - but they do a great job keeping everything straight.

The server was awful. He would forget what we ordered and we’d tell him. Twenty minutes later he comes back asks if there’s anything else we need and it’s like ? uh yeah my food that you forgot and said you were getting. This happened twice all within an 1hr.

Always… ALWAYS a poor pickup experience. I love the sauces and it’s close so I keep trying every six months or so, NOTHING. Tell them my name, go play with myself for 15 minutes while they go in the back and then finally the food comes out. I always arrive 7-9 minutes after the online order says it will be ready too just because it’s a known necessary buffer. The manager (I think that’s who he is) is a total slob too. I don’t mean to personally attack him but he has zero professionalism in his look. Unshaven, messy hair, tight shirt showing his belly underneath, I just hope he doesn’t touch any of the food.
