Was gifted a cocktail making course at Echo Distillery for Christmas & it turned out to be a great experience! Derek was very friendly & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the class and we will be returning in the future for some of their signature drinks.
Cocktails were incredible! I think this place isUniquely distinct from watershed and highbank. Service was great, vibes were chill, and Red Rabbit was a great food truck outside.We'll be back!

Cozy environment, high quality spirits, innovative and well balanced drinks. The daiquiri I had was sweet and tart and didn’t have the slight burn that usually follows a spirits-forward drink.
