I tried this food truck yesterday for the first time, so glad I did! I ordered ahead, food was right on time. Extremely friendly service. Best of all, the chicken ramen was amazing! Very flavorful & oh so yum! Very pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted!
I didn't expect a food truck called Capital Ramen to have the best chili dogs I've ever had...I'm not a big ramen guy, which could be because my extensive experience with ramen extends to packaged ramen you heat up at home. So when this food truck was in the area, I figured I'd best stick to my lunch. One of my colleagues advised me that they have chilli dogs on their menu. I got the chicken ramen bowl (no egg) and it was delicious! I ordered through street food finder and got a text when it was ready, right on time and hot. It had a lot of flavor and filled with tender chicken.
