I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The gentleman at the window opened it 3 different times to ask me my name. On the third time, he said “oh my, that’s the third time I asked”. I get home and this is the bowl I got for 10.50. So disappointed.

Didn’t have Chips, corn, salsa or rice, I went at 9:30. Waited 15 minutes because the employees were fighting, terrible service had to ask to pay for my burrito. He had to double wrap it because he kept breaking it even though they barely put any toppings in it.

Hopefully this review saves someone some time, because you’d think I would have learned my lesson not to order ahead here based on my experience every single time I have used the drive through lane, the most recent time being my fifth and final. Every time I have ordered ahead at this location, it’s been a 10-20 minute wait PER CAR. It seems that the person working the window is also tasked with preparing ALL of the online orders, which obviously don’t stop, so they don’t stop to even acknowledge the person sitting at the window even if their order has already been prepared. I feel for them though, because that sucks and they didn’t design that system. Because they ways seem to be completely swamped, things are either forgotten or poorly prepared (I.e., burritos falling apart and no chips or guac per your order). Don’t bother ordering ahead at this location, it won’t save you any time. In fact, it will cost you more time than if you had just walked in and your order will be wrong.

I was on a interview with The General Manager Larry Scott Tuesday April 9,2024 at 11:00a.m.upon doing the workday app the GM Larry was rude and unprofessional he didn't try to help me or support me with the workday app I tried to put the information in and the app doesn't work all the time the General Manager Larry was walking back and forth talking to employees acting like he working but he was more watching employees and he was fully staffed a General Manager supposed to help new employees with the workday app he didn't try to help at all I stood in the lobby for a hour trying to figure out the workday app he not reliable or loyal to new employees he didn't care it was to many employees and nobody needed his help he just wanted to stand there and watch me for a hour but never tried to help me with the workday app it's all good Larry not going to get any new employees if he not helping employees with the workday app Larry act like he was working but he wasn't he was watching employees work pacing back and forth the employees are trained already he just wanted to stand there but didn't care if I needed help on the workday app he looked at me 10-12 times never tried to help the workday app is confusing when you entering information but Larry didn't care I think the General Manager Larry Scott is not a good person to work for if you fully staffed Larry Scott should of help not just look at me but it's all good I will never apply for Chipotle again a terrible experience with the General Manager Larry Scott located 1195 Olentangy River Rd right off 3rd and Olentangy River Rd Larry Scott greedy for money worried about the line he doing other people jobParking: Terrible parking

Most of the staff is super nice. The portion size varies. I love their energy. The only thing to complain is the chicken is almost always out after 10:30pm. And the 2024 Al pastor chicken tastes different than the one in 2023 :(( don’t know if it’s just my taste buds

I'm not one to put up google reviews but with previous issues. It seems like they truly don’t care. Horrible service and you might as well not do a mobile order because they give you half sized portions. It was one of the worse tasting bowls I have gotten. Waste of time and money.

Took 30 minutes to get my quesadilla in the chipotle lane. The guy was absolutely rude when he handed it to me. They missed my three sides so I had to go in and wait another 30 minutes to get my small sides that go with it. Probably will not return to this location as they are rude and mess up orders more than once!!

Normal inconsistencies on food orders but possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered at a restaurant. It is astonishing how rude the drive-thru staff is. Easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.
