Chipotle is straight garbage. I don't know what happened to the chain in general, not the employees fault though. The portions are small, the prices are big, the flavor non existent.
I am typically someone who only writes positive reviews, but I cannot stand back on this one. This is my 4th experience at this location. The idea of the Chipotlane is great, especially if you have young children and you want to order ahead and quickly drive thru without getting them out. Every experience we have had here is anything but. There needs to be some kind of system where if someones food isn't ready, they pull to the side, like any other fast food place goes. Most of the staff is super nice. The portion size varies. I love their energy. The only thing to complain is the chicken is almost always out after 10:30pm. And the 2024 Al pastor chicken tastes different than the one in 2023 :(( don’t know if it’s just my taste buds
