I have a severe intolerance to spicy food. When my girlfriend recommended we tried Mexican food for dinner, I was immediately nervous as I knew all about the spices used in Mexican cuisine. Thankfully, we chose Condados. Our server, Mike made sure that everything I ordered was 100% spice-free. Came in expecting a burrito. Found out they only serve tacos. That’s fine, I’ll try a taco. Mike recommended the perfect taco, the Blue Dream. It was as if the heavens had opened up, and god allowed me to drink from a fountain of youth, if the fountain was flowing with queso. Not only this, Mike fought off a grizzly bear, which came out of retirement when he smelled the amazing blend of scents that culminated in the perfect taco. I love tacos, and I love good service. Gotta give a shout-out for the Korean BBQ taco and our server Mike Siegel. When the taco tastes great and the server is knowledgeable of menu items and the culture behind the food, you have a winning overall experience. That's what eating in a restaurant should be!
