I just received my order today and I sampled the Peanut Butter Cookie and the Cranberry Walnut Coconut Oatmeal Cookie. Boy, were they delicious! As you can see, I already started packaging them up for the freezer. I can’t wait to try the breads!!! Thank you!!!!!
To me trying new gluten free things is always a risk, so when Eban’s offered a cookie sampler promotion at the Nourished festival I decided to go for it! I was blown away by how good (and addicting) they are! I ate all 5 in 3 days ?. I’d add pictures but the wrappers are already in the trash. I will be ordering more and look forward to trying new products. I ranked them below based on my favorites.1) Peanut Butter - superior to that of others I tried. I have eaten so much horrible gluten free bread over the years I was looking forward to getting my order after finding your bakery on line.I was impressed with the packaging and the bread is delicious. It also has a 13 gr carb count that is lower than most gluten free products. My husband likes it better than his bread. Will definitely get my bread here from now on.
