I placed an order on their online website for pickup while already at the location. After waiting 45 minutes, I got a text saying my order was ready. I went to the pickup window, gave them my name and order details, and was told it was “coming right up.” After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I checked again only to be told they didn’t actually have my order even though I had already paid for it through their online system.

It is extremely popular and has very limited seating, so visitors should be prepared to wait in line, but this wait is worth it for the high-quality ingredients and the healthy, open vibe of the space.
