I’ve always regarded Firehouse Subs as a cut above the rest, especially when compared to other sub shops. Their offerings felt premium, a sentiment that kept me coming back for more. It’s been three years since my last visit, a hiatus that ended today, and I was eager to relive the satisfaction of my usual order: two six-inch subs accompanied by two bags of chips, a meal that once represented both value and quality for around $8. Today’s experience, however, was starkly different. The cost for the same order has nearly doubled to $14, a hike I was initially willing to overlook due to inflation and rising costs across the board. However, it wasn’t just the prices that have changed. The ‘six-inch’ subs have noticeably shrunk, now closer to four inches, paired with a significant reduction in the amount of meat. This change not only diminishes the value but also the overall quality, which, to my disappointment, has degraded to the point where the food I once loved now lacks its former appeal, both in taste and substance. Understanding that times and economic conditions evolve, I hoped for consistency in quality and size, which has unfortunately not been the case. It’s disheartening to see a favorite decline in both value and satisfaction, making me reconsider my patronage in the future.

Food was good, service was good. Seating is like a cafeteria. Tons of room but everything is in a straight line. They need to arrange the dinning area so couples and small parties can have some privacy.

Used to be my go to for a good hot sub reasonably priced. Beware don't order online for an in store pick up. You can order things not in stock, prepay, get there and no food, no phone call, or email, nothing to notify you a product is not available, but hey we will still take that money and make you waist your time.

Placed on-line order via the Fire House Subs App. No issues w/ the app ordering. Order was scheduled for pickup at 8:25pm. When I arrived at 8:23pm, they were in the middle of making the order. No problem but if I am expected to be there to pick the order up on time, I do expect it to be ready for pickup. Food was good except my daughter found a small black hair on her sub. I told her she's ate worse w/o knowing what she ate. And while I was waiting on my order, I saw an employee vaping in the back room. Not cool!Dietary restrictions: Any sub can be ordered w/o bread for those doing a Keto diet.Parking: I wouldn't say there is plenty of parking, but there is adequate parking shared w/ other businesses.

Upon picking up my online order, I entered the store to find it wasn't ready, but the staff was in the process of preparing it, which I understood. However, during my wait, I observed several employees, including three girls and a guy in a beanie, engaging in inappropriate behavior—cussing, speaking loudly, and making derogatory remarks about disabled individuals. Unfortunately, out of the five employees present, only one seemed focused on their work. I witnessed the working employee asking a girl to finish a sub, but she declined, stating she wouldn't complete it. Due to the lack of active involvement from most employees, only one of my subs came completely uncut. This was extremely inconvenience and I had to wait nearly 10 minutes beyond the initially scheduled pickup time since only one diligent employee was handling the tasks at hand.

Food was good absolutely delicious but the service was just not the greatest one guy was in there throwing the trash bags around because he was mad. Two of the women in their were chit chattin and would take so long to get back to what they were supposed to be doing and when me and my family walked out of the restaurant we all replied and said thank you and we got nothing back from any of the works.

Came in at dinner time and place was completely empty. I almost thought they were closed. The entire crew was hanging out in the back office and it took several minutes for them to even notice I was waiting at the front counter. I opted to dine in but the place was filthy, the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day and the floor by the soda machine was super sticky. Disappointing experience here compared to other firehouse locations I’ve been to.

Usually love firehouse subs, on our road trip, after checking into hotel we ran across the street to eat here it was 8:15 and they closed at 9. They were already cleaning up so if course we got that "Can't you see we're closing" look & attitude. Ordered and they were out of alot of what we wanted and wouldn't accommodate so just got a basic sub. Also wanted just a small order of meat (for our dogs) and was charged for a full sub! Disappointed to say the least

Ordered the Club on a Sub. The flavors of the sandwich were excellent. Would definitely go back here. May have liked the bread a little toaster, but honestly, it was so delicious I didn't mind. Staff was very friendly as well.
