Placed on-line order via the Fire House Subs App. No issues w/ the app ordering. Order was scheduled for pickup at 8:25pm. When I arrived at 8:23pm, they were in the middle of making the order. No problem but if I am expected to be there to pick the order up on time, I do expect it to be ready for pickup. Food was good except my daughter found a small black hair on her sub. Came in at dinner time and place was completely empty. I almost thought they were closed. The entire crew was hanging out in the back office and it took several minutes for them to even notice I was waiting at the front counter. I opted to dine in but the place was filthy, the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day and the floor by the soda machine was super sticky. Disappointing experience here compared to other firehouse locations I’ve been to.

Food was good, service was good. Seating is like a cafeteria. Tons of room but everything is in a straight line. They need to arrange the dinning area so couples and small parties can have some privacy.
