I visited Columbus to have my dog evaluated at the Ohio State Veterinary Clinic. I received some difficult news and decided to drown my sorrow in ice cream. I wish I could recall the name of the young man behind the counter to give credit where credit is due. He could tell that something was wrong and went out his way to help me pick out a dish and be nice. It wasn't much, but it helped. So, thank you to that young man for what he did. This is a fairly prominent ice cream chain within the Midwest and while the flavors are less "creative" and more "standard," they do the flavors properly. I visited on 2 occasions and tried the black raspberry chocolate chip, which is their most popular flavor, as well as the seasonal midnight snack which has pretzels and chocolate, like a cookies and cream but more elegant. Dietary restrictions: I love that they have a handful of flavors that are dairy free with the “perfect indulgence” ice creams. I always go for the black raspberry chocolate chip perfect indulgence.
