Pizza was done to a T, got the 8-corner All Meaty with Cajun crust and extra mozzarella on top do we didn't lose out toppings. Guy inside was super helpful, cheerful and went above & beyond. Definitely recommend this Jets!

Makayla took my order via phone at 9:05pm and advised me my order would be done in 25min. I called back at 9:56pm inquiring about my order. I was advised at that time delivery takes 45min-1 hour, and my pizza would be hot once delivered…. It just went out with 4 OTHER orders in that area. At 10:17 I get a call from Doordash(?) telling me they can’t find my address which was enter in wrong! Finally I get a cold Large pizza at 10:22. I was unable to contact store they closed at 10pm! THANKS JETS PIZZA REYNOLDSBURGE way to kick off 2024

Ever since I moved to Columbus 10 years ago. I have ordered from Jet's Pizza. I love their salads! The new popcorn chicken salad is AMAZING! Everytime I have ordered from there, everything has always been fresh and very well put together! If anyone is looking for a filling fresh salad, definitely check out their different types of salads, they won't disappoint! I recommend the popcorn chicken salad or the antipasto salad! Mmmm Delicious!
Service at the Sunbury ohio location is a joke! The manager is rude and doesn't care if they put you out one bit! Ordered pizza online at 4:50, says pizza will be ready at 5:10. get there at 5:20 and they didn't even start the pizza. They said that the printer didn't print out the order but they will get it ready now and will be ready in 20 mins! Really? We have to wait another 20 mins? Manager said they have been having problems with them printing out the orders. Well don't you think if this is a reoccurring issue you would check non stop for orders that are coming through?? Absolutely no apology from the manager, instead, he acted like he didn't care if they was putting us out! He needs some training on customer service, To learn how not to be rude And to actually be apologetic for THEIR mistakes! Not blow it off like it's no big deal!

Nobody wants to be working there and it shows. My food is either always undercooked or overcooked. This brownie is severely overcooked and was hard as a brick and got thrown in the trash. It was delivered and I have no car so it had to be thrown out.

Ordered two large pizzas after 7pm aka diner rush. Dough was not properly even though the pan or they punished a batch through ( maybe prep better for a Friday). Both pizzas did not get extra turbo crust and the sauce was not to the edge. I understand how it is now compared to 3 years ago on hiring people that actually care. Sorry, spent $35 on pizza and tipped the driver $10. FYI. Tip the drivers for those who are lazy and cheap!!! It’s sucks leaving a bad review on good product. Sorry McNaughten Rd.

We called to place an order 30 mins before they closed. We asked if they were still taking orders because it was so close to closing. The employee assured they were taking orders and took our order and payment. We were charged but never got our order. I love Jet's pizza but this turned me off. Especially when we specifically asked if it was too late. It seems like the worker just wanted my credit card information. Beware dealing with this establishment, they seem shady.
