Yesterday I had at least five staff members assist me in the store. They were very helpful, pleasant and quick to stop what they were working on to accommodate me. The pharmacy staff are also very helpful when I have questions or need to pick up our prescriptions. I’m grateful for the organic products that Kroger carries, also.
This Kroger has become by go to grocery store since moving to Clintonville a year ago. I have found the store to be kept well cleaned, fairly well stocked, and the staff friendly and calm (given the pandemic.) The parking lot is huge even by large grocery store standards. At the beginning of the pandemic I was only doing the curbside pick up of groceries. At first they only had 6 or so curbside pick up spots and you could expect to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for your order. I know...read full review
