Kroger can you help me understand why you have no help at 10:00pm at night for people shopping. Not everyone can do self checkout when you have a full cart. No one was able to help and they had one person upfront. I wasn’t the only one with a large cart and the poor woman was so busy with us she couldn’t help anyone else anyways. You should always have one lane open! There isn’t even enough room to bag the groceries without having to use your cart which makes the checkout system stop! Not a good shopping experience at all!

Just got gas at the station. Needed the receipt but pump did not give me one. Went over to the booth. Booth register was not working so attendant could not give me a receipt. You would think the attendant would add receipt paper to the pump or at least put up a note about no receipts but neither happened.
