If I could give 00 stars I would. I walk in stand behind 2 people no biggie. The people get waited on and then the person walks away from the counter as I approach. No biggie but then he starts trying to found boxes beside the trash can. I wait 2 mins ask if anyone can help. No one answers so maybe they didn’t hear me. So a blonde women walks over to teach this person how to fold boxes. I then ask again if someone could take my order. The lady looks at me says it will be a sec then walks back to her station while the other person just starts folding boxes. Wasted about 15 mins total. I don’t know what happen but customer service went out the window so I took my business and followed suit.

I had a sub and it was the thinnest sub I ever had . No toppings but tomato and onions and peppers. The girl who took my order was very pleasant but over all . I won’t return.

This location used to be SO good and consistent, but in the past several months they have really gone downhill. I order from this location, for my kids and I about once a week, but we won't be ordering from them anymore. There is something messed up on my order almost every single time anymore, and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, as it seems they've had quite a bit of employee turnover, but at this point I'm just tired of wasting my time and money. They are constantly forgetting items on my order, sending pizza or cheesy bread that is undercooked, overcooked, not cut properly, etc. One time I ordered a salad and received a container that was literally less than half full. This time, they forgot my salad completely, and the driver apologized and said that he would bring it back after making his other deliveries. Never saw him again. When trying to call the store, it's very rare to even get someone to answer, at least not without having to call several times and let it ring for a ridiculous amount of time.Also, for the past couple months it has taken over an hour from the time I submit my order, to the time I receive it, yet the location is less than a mile away. The food is decent, when they actually prepare it correctly, but it's few and far between anymore. Tonight was the final straw of mess-ups. We certainly won't be ordering from this location anymore and I will highly recommend that anyone else in the area not order from here either. Definitely not worth the hassle, with so many other pizza places around. It's a real shame, because we always really enjoyed Marcos before.

tbh the food Is scrumdidilyumptious but every time I order delivery it takes like 2 hours and they don't compensate for that not to mention calling the store isn't helpful, they must treat their workers bad or something, God bless.

I like their food, but SOME of the managers are rude.long hold times when calling in. I understand it's a pizza restaurant they are busy, probably under staff, as well the delivery people, are always cool and kind. That is probably why I tend to order with them.

Our order didnt come out as expected. And marcos was very accommodating and understanding. They are truly turning things around! Nick assisted us and provided the upmost customer service. Their quality has improved so much as well. Its so nice going to a place that provides great customer service because that is so RARE these days. Our family and friends will continue to support this marcos due to their changes and improvement! Thanks again!

It's understaffed, there's one guy. I'm standing at a register, the phone's ringing off the hook. I placed an order at noon for a delivery at 2. Then I got a text that it'd be delivered at 230.

Do not order on a Saturday night if you want a quick dinner. Ordered at 6:19pm, and was told it’d be ready for pick-up by 6:45pm. Our food ended up not being ready until after 8pm, and they didn’t even get our order right.

Ordered a pizza and cheesy sticks at 5:18 with a delivery time of 5:45. The pizza did not start being made until 6:54. It was delivered at 7:45pm. I called the store several times to ask about the order and no one answered the phone at all. We have been ordering from this location for years but this is the last time we do it.
