Absolutely adore this location very precise with the orders and very polite when I call them in over the phone if in fact that is not ready when I arrive, they will greet me and then let me know that it is coming right up. Never had any issues with this particular restaurant and would prefer it over the one in Bexley any day of the week
Was very surprised about how dirty this place was. It was not busy at all when we went but again, it was really dirty. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I was skeptical about even eating the food, but it was at least really hot when it came out. Our food took a while, and our order was not correct. I expected better from the area, but I guess the west side is moving in.

This location was not very busy today when we went there, there was 2 other customers besides us and at least 5 staff members we saw working. The food was delicious but it took almost a half hour after ordering for our two sandwiches and fries. My wife got hers after 25 mins and mine was done 5 or 10 minutes after that.
