This location was not very busy today when we went there, there was 2 other customers besides us and at least 5 staff members we saw working. The food was delicious but it took almost a half hour after ordering for our two sandwiches and fries. My wife got hers after 25 mins and mine was done 5 or 10 minutes after that. The service was extremely slow for only having two other customers in the store at the same time. Price was a bit high too $30 for two subs with fries and one drink.Parking: The parking lot is small and there was a large semi truck blocking most of the spots when we went.

Absolutely adore this location very precise with the orders and very polite when I call them in over the phone if in fact that is not ready when I arrive, they will greet me and then let me know that it is coming right up. Never had any issues with this particular restaurant and would prefer it over the one in Bexley any day of the week
My roommate and I have both experienced not the greatest experiences at this location. They forgot the sauce on the chicken parm sub….

Was very surprised about how dirty this place was. It was not busy at all when we went but again, it was really dirty. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I was skeptical about even eating the food, but it was at least really hot when it came out. Our food took a while, and our order was not correct. I expected better from the area, but I guess the west side is moving in.

Everything was awesome until 2 young ladies came in from what looked like break went straight back to work without washing their hands with a hand sink was visible... Melissa and the young man who took our order was Amazing ?
Ordered ahead and still waited 25min to get my food. All the tables were dirty, took an hour from the time I ordered until I finally received my food. Fries are soggy and half cooked, overall not a great experience.
They forgot my cheese on the sandwich so the whole thing was ruined. It was also cold and soggy.

I always go there about an hour before close and the staff is always super nice and makes a good sandwich. Tried to shout out one of the employees to the manager but I think he was a little busy with whatever he was doing to appreciate it. I guess that’s how he runs a good store though.

Our sandwiches where not correct and they were made sloppy. The crew was a young crew but they were very nice and professional and had awesome customer service. That is why we didn't complain.
