Our evening started with no escalator service and one out of 4 elevators operating. When we inquired if we could use the stairs we were told that you were not permitted to do so. It took 24 minutes to get to the second floor for our reservation. Now once we arrived the staff was excellent. Dined before Play at Ohio Theater. Dining was held in bar area not the traditional place with large window. So we sat at bar. Great bartender Nick. Very limited menu but food was good. Place needs a refresh before going back.

The staff knew it was close to my birthday (I'm assuming because of this app) but they were so thoughtful! The service was excellent and the food was fantastic! Best filet mignon I've had in a long time!
