Ordered 2 "skinny" sub and soup meals for $20 online. I got an Italian sub, which Potbelly apparently defines as ham and cheese on a sub bun. No toppings and no Italian dressing- simply not an Italian sub. Not to mention it was barely 3 inches long. Extremely disappointed. Also, I guess the sandwich/soup combo doesn't include drinks. Had to order drinks at the store,which were $5.35- awesome. Never coming to this waste of real estate again.

It is like meeting your X girl friend after 13 years. I was frequenting the Potbelly shop in Downtown Milwaukee back in 2009. After which I moved to the west coast and found out that Potbelly is not be found here. Visited my friends in Columbus, Oh, guess what, I saw Potbelly shops all over. Even though, I visited them couple of times past year, still couldnt find time to go to Potbelly. But this time, hell yeah, we found a shop thats open till 11pm and this shop in the downtown was the only one open that late. Drove from Polaris and reached there about 15 minutes before closure. The nostalgic feeling kicked as soon as I stepped in the place, great menu, fresh breads, variety of toppings to choose from, there was something magical about Potbelly sandwiches that I dont get in other shops. Well, the people who came me like whats the hype all about, why are you being so desperate to try this place, blah blah blah. After they tasted the sandwiches here, they did agree that it is one of the quality sandwiches they had so far. Thats good enough for me, its worth the wait and the ride from my friends place. The staff here even though were getting ready to wrap up the day and cleaning the shop for closure, were kind enough to make us feel not rushed and were happy to accommodate us to dine in. The place was kept very neat and clean and the lighting and the interiors were contemporary and cool. Great to visit this chain after a long time, will keep coming here as I see fit.

The last like 5 times I’ve gone here they were only accepting online orders. Extremely annoying and bizarre. I’ve never seen a restaurant do this.

The food is good. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The employees have a habit of using the same gloves for food and money. It is a health issue. It was brought to the employee's attention, and she acted like it was a nuisance to change gloves and remake the sandwich.

Black female working on 246 pm on 19th is beyond rude!! Also refusing to give her name. I asked her for light peppers and she said this is light.. so I asked for some to be removed and she said OKAYYYYYY!!!! She literally shouted at me with a huge attitude and threw the peppers and half the ingredients in the trash very aggressively. She should be fired.. this is not normal or even close to minimal customer service. This needs addressed immediately. This behavior belongs in the back end of things where she has no contact with people until she gets help for her behavioral problems.

INCREDIBLE SANDWICHES!!! The Steakhouse Beef might be the greatest culinary creation of all time. As a matter of fact, it could be in the running for greatest human invention ever. This sandwich will shatter your mind, it will warp your perception on what you even thought was possible. You WILL be a changed man after enjoying the masterpiece known as The Steakhouse Beef from Potbelly Sandwich Shop. As an avid food-eater myself, I can say with certainty that Potbelly's delivers not only in the taste department but in the environment as well. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is really awesome and welcoming. The staff is actually really cool. One of them even bought me a cookie-- Which they freshly make every morning.
Great service fresh fast food!! I work in the area so I eat there frequently. The mature brunette lady that works there is always in a bad mood. I believe she is the first shift manager. The atmosphere and the workers are more joyous when she is not there. She rolled her eyes at me today and that’s was unacceptable. I’m going to take my lunches later just so that I don’t have to get bad energy on my food.

When we placed our order all service members were incredibly helpful as it was our first time in to a Potbelly, but it was later when I realized I had left my purse behind and they were kind enough to remove it from the chair in the lobby and hold it in the back until I could return later that day. I rarely see such service oriented employees and with a genuinely happy demeanor toward customers, so it was really refreshing and left a great impression. The food was delicious too so we'll definitely be heading back this way.

First time I ever ate here. I got the sandwich and soup deal. I picked the Italian Sandwich and Broccoli and Cheese soup. Both were DELICIOUS! Only thing I WISH they had was dressing. It would of been much better with Italian Dressing. They only have seasoning. I'm a picky eater. But I enjoyed this meal! And I enjoyed the pictures I was able to view while eating lunch! A nice little cozy place to grab a quick bite!
