It is like meeting your X girl friend after 13 years. I was frequenting the Potbelly shop in Downtown Milwaukee back in 2009. After which I moved to the west coast and found out that Potbelly is not be found here. Visited my friends in Columbus, Oh, guess what, I saw Potbelly shops all over. Even though, I visited them couple of times past year, still couldnt find time to go to Potbelly. The food is good. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The employees have a habit of using the same gloves for food and money. It is a health issue. It was brought to the employee's attention, and she acted like it was a nuisance to change gloves and remake the sandwich.
INCREDIBLE SANDWICHES!!! The Steakhouse Beef might be the greatest culinary creation of all time. As a matter of fact, it could be in the running for greatest human invention ever.
