This is my favorite Starbucks in Columbus. It’s in Clintonville and is less than 10 minutes from where I live, and I still prefer it even though the campus Starbucks are 2 minutes away. Service is always great, can’t remember the last time (if ever) I had a bad experience here! As far as starbucks go, this one is top notch. I wouldn’t say this place is bad. I do like coming to this place because it’s convenient but I’ve been disappointed more than a few times.For some reason most of my orders that I add with caramel drizzle hardly ever get to me with it in my drink. It can also be a hit or miss with drink quality and add in instructions.I still very much like to come to this location and the staff is great, just hoping for improvements and some more love shown from their baristas ❤️

Came in at 2:45 on Sunday. They have three employees and two are doing prep/random things and only one is making all of the drinks and taking drive through orders. It took 20 minutes to get one tea. Come on Starbucks! You can do better.
