Came in at 2:45 on Sunday. They have three employees and two are doing prep/random things and only one is making all of the drinks and taking drive through orders. It took 20 minutes to get one tea. Come on Starbucks! You can do better.

Customer service is really bad here besides this older lady that works there she is so sweet and on top of it. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life I get it your having a bad day you hate your job you hate people lol but at the same time get a new job if it causes you to make the nastiest face because I asked for siracha when it was on my mobile order too and have never experience the most hateful face from someone. All I can do is pray for yall. Hope your day got better to the sir that seemed miserable. ??

Worse experience. I kept saying 2 coffees and they kept giving 1. Ended up with 2 coffees neither was the 1 I had ordered for myself. Will never go there again. The other part about this that makes it worse was them treating me like I was a Karen just trying to start something.

I am so disappointed. I go to starbuck once in a while and decided to go today. What a waste of money. I got a iced carmel macchiato. It tasted like a cup of milk with no carmel. I never found the carmel. So disappointed! I would have given zero stars but wanted to review.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Columbus. It’s in Clintonville and is less than 10 minutes from where I live, and I still prefer it even though the campus Starbucks are 2 minutes away. Service is always great, can’t remember the last time (if ever) I had a bad experience here! As far as starbucks go, this one is top notch. Not only because of the service and the drive-through, but it’s also a neat place to study. I’m sorry to see that others haven’t had the same experience, but you should check it out for yourself. Highly recommend!

One of the baristas, Lina, I believe made me feel uneasy in the Starbucks atmosphere and arguing with customers and is so passive-aggressive towards customers and I see this weird energy amongst her co-workers as well. This is not the Starbucks experience I get from other stores. Please do better.

I do like coming to this place because it’s convenient but I’ve been disappointed more than a few times.For some reason most of my orders that I add with caramel drizzle hardly ever get to me with it in my drink. It can also be a hit or miss with drink quality and add in instructions.I still very much like to come to this location and the staff is great, just hoping for improvements and some more love shown from their baristas ❤️

Took them so long to make my order. I sat watching the guy joke with other employees while I was pacing back and forth waiting.I finally had to leave in order not to be late for work. Came back later to get my order or refund. The Mgr was extremely rude and trying to tell me I only waited 4 mn. I watched the time on my phone very carefully. It had been over 12 minutes.They finally made my order albeit very reluctantly .
