Ayeelynn is very rude. I waited over 30 minutes on a mobile order asked what was going on with it and she said they was really backed up and there's nothing they can do in a rude tone. Yall charge a abundance amount for your products, the last thing you're staff should be doing is getting snippy with your customers. Dunkin for now on for me!
I know they are busy,and they are working hard,but nobody acknowledge me,and If you ask them about your order they act like you are bothering them. Just saying, they could be a little more friendly. I t would go along way.

Don't care for the drinks that are made here. Most of the time, my order is incorrect, or the drinks are very watered down. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso with extra cinnamon, and they put so mucn cinnamon in it that I was choking. The Frappuccino are okay if they are made normally, but I wouldn't modify it. As for the service, nobody acknowledges you when you walk inside. You have to actively wave someone down before they pay you any mind or ask what drink you are waiting...read full review
