The people in charge are xenophobic and very rude to the customers and to those with whom we deliver food. Today I had an unpleasant experience. The restaurant employees did not want to give me an order. I approached one of them and their response was that when I spoke English they would serve me.

I am a food delivery girl for Door Dash, this morning I had a bad experience with a woman who serves there, she is racist, she verbally attacked me, she made fun of me in the worst way, she made fun of my language...she didn't deliver to me The order for which I went... made a bad gesture at me... this ??... as a woman I have the right to work and not to be discriminated against for being from another country... COLOMBIA.

Pulled in line at 02:03 on Saturday night. Finally got to the window at 02:45 and was told it's only pick up. We'll that would have been great if someone told me that I would have to wait in line for 45 minutes just to be told I can't make my order. Then she yelled out the window. The we are for puck up only. Then started to cuss about people getting attitude with her. And oh yes I have it on video. I hope to talk to the manager soon about this.

Prices are higher at this location compared to others, and the wait is much longer as well. It's about 1.50$ of difference and sat in the drive through for about 40 minutes. Glad this location is not my regular.

The service is fast and friendly, but the food is a little...limp? Perhaps it was the over-sauced quesodilla I had. There was also NOBODY eating inside the place. In fact, the only business this place gets is drive-thru and food pick-up apps it seems. Lot of empty space in there. Very lonely feel.

Yeah this whole crew is awful, rude and mean to customers and other co workers in there. I remember the manager making homophobic remarks to the coworker on register for drive thru, wait time in insanely long ALWAYS. It can be three customers and that’ll mess them all up. Nothing but grown adults acting like dumb babies who can’t do anything a sn complain a lot. Horrible management, the teenagers there care more than the adults who are running the place. Absolutely horrible experience.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was unfortunately some of the worst fast food I've ever had. My boyfriend's burrito had a piece of paper (with writing on it about supply ordering) wrapped up in the tortilla. The food was cold and flat (not much filling). I love Taco Bell, and it's a shame to have such a disappointing experience.

I travel and these was the worst taco I've been to. I get a 30 minute break and they took 23 minutes to stand around and 2 mins to make the order. They served the drive-thru as the lobby started backing up. And by no means were they busy. On top of waiting 25 minutes the employees were arguing in back and forth and getting into it with each other.

These associates in this location do not care how they prep the food. They just quickly throw the food together and they look horrible. Either they have just enough ingredients or hardly any put in a Crunchwrap or burrito. This location is known for that. Last time I order from this place
